Not sure what to think at this point. :-(
218.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 58.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

before you get discouraged go look at my graph and look at all my ups and downs usually I go down one good and then up two then I platue for a few days thier then I lose one or two so it is suppose to flucuate! Do not fret remember what you told me!! Stress adds it on find something to be happy about! Like you looked great yesterday!!! Look at the inches you lost

Not losing where I want to though lol. I know, I'm being greedy and I shouldn't, I am just discouraged but not beaten. I feel better than I have in a long time. Thanks for the support!
