Yay! I hit the 179 mark! First time I've been in the 170s since last July!
179.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1101 kcal Fat: 35.12g | Prot: 70.57g | Carb: 111.42g.   Breakfast: Low fat cheddar cheese, Apple. Lunch: Eggplant Lasagna. Dinner: Greek Yogurt, Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese (Shredded), Trader Joe's Salsa, Frank's Hot Sauce, black beans, whole wheat tortilla. Snacks/Other: Latte Coffee, Pepperoni Pizza, Red Wine, Cliff Bar . more...
