Well - this is my weight after several weeks off any program, then one week of "The Fast Diet" - 5 days of "normal" eating, 2 non-consecutive days of <500 calories. Those two days are not super fun, but they were doable...and, if it works and I don't have to log everything I eat every day, then I'm pretty happy! Logging two days a week is ok. :)
