I worked out yesterday! I did a 15 min walk with my daughter and want to continue doing more today! I feel like I'm doing soo much better than I used to be. I used to get tired walking down the block. Now I feel like I could run a mile....Still a lil way to go til then though. I'm not going to push myself too fast or too hard. A little bit at a time is the way to go for me!
