Completed 17 hour fast. It’s raining again for most of the day. I steamed up carrots, cauliflower,broccoli,red potatoes and corn on the cob(cut in half) for me and my husband. Through it all in a big bowl with two tbsp of butter, seasoned with lite salt and pepper, was so good! Meatless dinner today.
