Day 4 - WOW, okay so I think I'm getting this nutrition thing down...now to focus on adding some exercise for next week. I LOVE Fatsecret...and the new buddies I've made...thanks for the support and the challenges! Blessings to you all!
285.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm with you, Steph...my next hurdle is definitely getting into an exercise routine....I found out earlier today that I can get Leslie Sansone walk fitness on demand with my cable. I'm going to check into that this evening and see if there is a 'beginners level' and give it a go. I also bought the Zumba DVD's which may be a bit ambitious for now, but it's something I really want to do, so I'm going to push to get to a point that I can get into it. It looks like so much fun!!! What are your exercise goals or plans?
