Still maintaining, but not getting discouraged!
119.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

kenna - i think this could have been said a little nicer. if you read her bio you'd see her story and that this is something she struggles with. dark - i do hope you're eating enough, considering the very recent drastic drop, and already being so skinny. is appetite loss a side effect of recent sobriety? do you happen to be seeing a nutritionist or consulting someone?

Kenna- I struggle with a deeply ingrained eating disorder of 10 years stemming from severe abuse. For me, being able to keep down what I am is a huge victory. That being said, I am fully aware that it is not enough, and plan to work on quantity whenever I feel capable without ruining the progress I’ve made. Thank you, because I know your comment comes from a place of concern ☺️

Tina - thank you! It is something I struggle with very hard. I don’t see a nutritionist, as I’m well aware of all my nutrition goals (nutrition minor and family professionals). I do see a therapist and psychiatrist who help me along and keep me accountable though. And yes, appetite suppression is a major part of my sobriety. But I’m not losing hope, I know I’ll get there eventually! Thank you for your kind words ☺️

It’s not easy to change a 10 year habit. Got to give you credit! That’s a hard habit to break! I am so very proud to you! Any food you eat and don’t purge is a 100% victory in my eyes!👏👏👏👏👍🎉💃🎉
