Ok starting back today. 17 days.... Jan 23rd will be my weigh in for the first 17 days.
I will still weigh in on Fridays to keep track and every 17 days.
New goal by Jan 31 is to be 155.
Activity goal is 30 minutes 3-4 times a week for the first 17 days.
I can do this!!!!
163.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
