Well...I am having a very love-hate relationship with my weighing scales at the moment. One day I'm feeling like a swollen whale and the scales say I'm 2 pounds lighter than the last weigh-in, or I'm feeling fresh and confident and the scales slap me back down to earth with an extra four pounds.
I know your weight can fluctuate during the week, but I am still so surprised by how much it can change day to day.
