getting frustrated, eating less calories(under 1800) increasing excersize and gaining weight after a 24 pound drop
303.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry to hear you’re at a plateau! It sounds like you’re on the right track (exercise, low cal, etc.), but sometimes stress and poor sleep can cause weight gain or plateaus. I know some people on FS have had a plateau for 1-3 weeks, but then had a huge drop. Don’t give up- we’re all rooting for you!
