Day 3 -
down only .4 lbs...however, it is still DOWN! And the sun is sooooo beautiful and shiny today that I feel great! Plan on going for a frigged walk with the kids later today...bundle up tight, it's -12 out there!
287.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
