Day 2 -
Down 2.2 pounds and I didn't get to exercise cause I have a terrible head cold.
I have found myself drinking more water with the WW plan, AND that is keeping my tummy full enough that I don't need to fill it with 'junk'!
287.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 15.4 lb a week
