Been developing more fat bomb recipes today. 30 servings each. Measured for THIS silicone pan with no waste:

Chocolate: 100g butter (melted), 100g coconut oil (melted), 100g almond butter, 35g chatfield's unsweetened cocoa, stevia.
Mix well, pour in molds and freeze 30 minutes.
cals: 77kcal | fat: 7.80g | net carbs: 0.7g | prot: 1.13g

Cheesecake: 1pkg (226g) phil cream cheese (soft), 60g butter (melted), 60g coconut oil, stevia.
Mix gently, spoon in molds, level, and freeze 2 hours.
cals: 58kcal | fat: 6.02g | net carbs: 0.27g | prot: 0.55g

Be very gentle with the cheesecake. Don't fluff it, or it will be both too big, and too brittle once solid.
245.6 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
