I'm thinking the scale at the doctor's office needed calibration when I was weighed on the 31st. This is what my scale registered this morning. I may have to dig out the manual and see if I need to calibrate it...can't believe I'm below 170 the way I had been eating since Thanksgiving!

Remember all scales are different. Pick one "official" scale to use to gauge your weight loss and don't worry about the others. The calibration and flooring all factor in to the scale (also the quality of the scale itself). Great job on losing!

I always weight at home...I just happened to decide to use the weight at the Dr. office as a starting point, as I had not weighed in on Thursday a.m. Guess I should have just started fresh on whatever day I weighed myself at home! I'd like to think that I really DID lose 5 lbs.!! ;)
