Starting a spring cleanup of eating. Gained back about 10 lbs over the holidays (November to February) and hadn't been in any hurry to rein it in. Dr. is pleased overall. I'm still down 25 lbs and I just completed a second walking challenge - Virtual Cabot Trail 186 miles since October. Today I started a new Virtual Walk, the Camino de Santiago at 448 miles. Kicked it off today with 5.7 miles. I've given myself a year, but hope to be done by the time cold weather comes this winter.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
