We are expecting a big snow storm. I tried to walk our dog yesterday for exercise but too much ice on the road. I am going to have to wait until it is safer, to walk at a fast pace. Right now, I will just concentrate on calorie intake and move forward with my diet goals.

222.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
