Made it through day 1 following plan. Drank lots of water, and a large glass of Metamucil for fiber first thing in the morning. No alcohol, even though hubbie saved same celebratory champagne in the fridge. Planned out my grocery shopping for today, to ensure lots of proteins and green veggies are in the fridge. Will be picked up some Quest protein bars for mid morning snack. Today's weight loss primarily water, knew I was retaining quite a bit, so expect to drop about 5 lbs in water weight in the first week. Then the fat cells will start to shrink after that. Woohoo!

One day at a time....
189.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 29.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
