😳 the scale is my friend again 😂

I hope I can stay in Onederland permanently, not just a vacation there 😝

Actually, I was pleasantly surprised about the trip. Exercise was slightly less than previous weeks. Since it was my birthday last Friday, I indulged with dessert on Saturday, and also ice cream twice over the weekend.

This drop has encouraged me to be more vigilant, but maybe that’s where I’ve gone wrong 😆 It seems when I behave, I don’t see downward movement on the scale 🙄

I almost forgot, I started taking D3 this week. Maybe that’s what made the difference. Someone posted about D3 deficiency in people with Hashimoto’s disease.
