We'll have 3 day prep, then 3 protein days followed by 28 days of lindora with The goal of 19 pounds loss. Then into the metabolic adjustment for 14 days with a goal of 5 pound loss. Then finally in the metabolic equilibrium to stabilize the weight loss and keep it off.
