This is the first day of yet another new year. Another year of me making resolutions to get as fit and as healthy as I can. I actually hit 250lb on Monday = 1/4 of a ton. I felt so low and despondent last night, but as I awoke this morning, I've pulled myself together as I know that I have the power to change my poor health and fitness. I've just finished 40 minutes of gentle exercise and stretching. I have so much equipment in my home, I could open my own gym!! I also have full membership to the local leisure centre with pool and sauna, so what reason do I have not to increase my fitness levels? NONE.

Just get on with it. In 52 weeks at 2lbs per week, I will smash my goal.
