I turn around every oppurtuniyt I can to get back on track, too bad that sometimes I turn around all day long. I will continue to fight this fixation for food. If I have to fight hourly I will. I know my brain and thyroid fight me and win a lot, but I turn around when ever I can. Life is good.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
