Today was my first weight in after a week. I am going to try to weight only one a week, on Mondays. I can feel the differance a little in my clothes, but still have a ways to go.
154.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
