diets like this always make me remember how much i like fruit. They also reacquaint me with the unsatisfying nature of vegetables. I am capable of enjoying a salad, but i prefer them with meat, cheese, and Ranch dressing. I like my stir fry, but it's not suited to my co-eaters. Well, veggies arent critical to my strategy. Maybe I'll modify it to take Glycemic Load into account. Maybe not. We shall see. Back to the gym! Whee!
