life just got tougher wife officially retired yseterday and isnt on a dietrather than cooking 2 seperate meals im trying to use portion control with her menu not sure its going to work but we will see
305.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
