Because I work nights I find it very hard to motivate myself to exercise. I feel that it would be more if I could exercise.

You have to make it a priority in your life (like eating and sleeping). Once you do it for a month, your body gets used to it and it becomes a habit. Since your work at night, maybe workout before you go in and then you can shower and be fresh for work. It will also give you more energy while you are working. Start with a 30 minute walk a few times a week. Once you get used to it, you can start exploring different things and see what you enjoy. The benefits you can from exercise arent't just physical. It's great emotionally as well. You can do it.

You've lost 5 glorious LBS, congrats! I say if you can have a child, you can do ANYTHING. I suggest packing your gym back & having it in the car everyday you leave for work. Makes it hard to ignore.
