Results of stomach flu... My stomach is shrunk now though, so this is a good time to start limiting my intake again.
189.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ugh. Flu is the worst. Glad to hear you're better... But use it to your advantage and keep that stomach shrunk as long as you can. Stick to soup and protein shakes, cottage cheese, yogurt and stuff.

Thanks Rob. Not quite 100% yet but doing better. Hopefully I can get to the gym by tomorrow. I am out shopping today but taking it easy still.
