I noticed that my weight fluctuates very quickly, water vs. no water. But I bloat it seems. Even though I don't feel it. Like right now, I put my 'true' weight down, and if I don't drink water, I will be 260 or more.
Any suggestions are greatly welcome.

What climate do you live in? I really think that makes a difference.

The sodium content of your food will also affect water retention. The saltier the food, the more bloated you will become. Drinking plenty of water will flush out the excess sodium (bonus: water also flushes out the fat, via urine and sweat).

Unfortunately, my dad has salt in everything. And he 'expects' me to eat everything he makes. I need to plan better. Like for a week ahead. Like I used to. It's exhausting! I live in a desert climate (Utah). I will work on the water. I agree with all of you. My goal for the next week is to ride the exercise bike, and drink water. Lots of water. I used to drink a gallon of water when I lost weight initially. I wish I would have stayed with it.
