I know what has happened to me and hate that I have allowed it. I admit I have been stressed. My job is insanely busy (I barely have time to go to the bathroom between meetings) and I have not been doing well with eating. I ate a bag of candy a day for a week (that'll do it) and I have NOT been exercising even a little bit. So, when I got on the scale this morning to see this number, I decided I better get tracking again and make a damn plan because at this rate, I will be another 20lbs heavier in about 2 months.

I am going to be tracking calories again and I will start walking every day. Work be damned. I can, and will, take a break every single day to walk. If the weather is awful, I'll use my stationary bike for 10 mins.
240.5 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi try to incorporate 1 hour walking and stick yourself to 1000 calories a day if you can.. no carbs no sugar green tea only

Thank you. I want this to be sustainable though and 1000 cals/day is not sustainable. Walking, though, i can do that.

1000 calories is not enough...you need a minimum of 1200 per day and believe me, it works. You will loose easily and be much more motivated. 🙂

I'm right there with you. I feel your frustration. Today is a new day. Let's both just start from today and make good choices. One meal or One snack at a time. You got this.

definitely can relate. my job is super stressful and busy. take a few mins in the morning before or after work for you to destress by walking or just doing your stationary bike. make sure to drink water and increasing your cals will help too.

I hear you sister! I gained 60 lbs this past year due to work stress and living off of snacks. I started booking two 15 min breaks in my calendar everyday and eat properly then. oatmeal or a salad or a couple of eggs. im getting addicted to avocado toast. I add a bit of sriacha and radish slices. during my back to back to back meetings I take myself off camera for 1 min every hour and do jumping jacks or run on the spot or do stretches and lunges. and no one has mentioned me being off camera at all! i lost ten lbs in 3weeks just making these little changes. you CAN do this! you are a STAR!

have you tried pre-packing snacks for yourself so you have something to grab in a hurry? I think it would help a lot!

If you don’t have time a work ... have some nuts ‘almonds’ a good energy tid-bit instead of candy.
