If I have any advice at all about WW it's this...
DRINK YOUR WATER!!!!!
I've noticed I lose MUCH more weight the weeks I drink all my water. I can't say it enough ladies and gentleman, it's all about the water.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

I drink about 3 sport bottles which are (I think) 3.5 cups each.... I hope thats enough!!!
