I don't like to do cardio so I'm going to look for alternatives like bike riding, hoola-hooping, dancing, swimming, and walking. I know I will have to weight train to keep the loose skin in check seeing that I am 40 years old with 4 children. My calories cannot go below 1500 if I expect to keep producing breast milk. I am a vegetarian but I am not omitting anything from my diet besides meat. I am going to eat whatever I want - within reason...making sure to watch my calorie/sugar/fat intake. hopefully it will work out for me. I am going to do the best that I can do!
