I haven't been trying at all. I fluctuate between 178-183. On the 178 days I am so excited.... but my weight always ends up back where it was... or higher. I'm drinking too much alcohol in the evenings and weekends, which is just empty calories. I'm NOT even trying to exercise...........which i've always tried to do at least walking and arm weights. Haven't been in the gym forever ---- and my eating habits are awful. I have no energy..........and can not get motivated to change. UGH!
182.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.3 lb a week

I understand the fluctuating weight and having a hard time getting motivated. But I read a book that works with any diet. It recomended that I find some type of support group. And thats when I found the fat-secret. It's the beck diet solution/ it has given me alot of ideas to keep going. I hope you find something that works for you. Good Luck.
