Completed 17 hour fast. Got over 10,000 steps in today. Went 13 calories over my 1400 goal today. Macros off as well, will focus more tomorrow. Reduced my calorie intake starting for tomorrow. I am not losing. I am maintaining same weight.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
