Completed 17 hour fast. Got over 10,000 steps today. Did half mid morning and other half after dinner. Went over my calorie allowance today. New month tomorrow, will get a better start.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
