270,000 steps done this month
ate a few bags of popcorn in 2 days
as well as a pkg of cookies.
now they r finished,got the cravings for sweets and snacks out of the way
189.6 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I bought some individually packaged chocolate squares (these ones are 31 calories each) for that very reason! I have one every evening about an hour after supper so that I feel treated instead of deprived. That might work for you, too.
