I need to stop weighing myself🤣. Not up or down🤷🏻‍♀️
171.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Gabbs, that drop is around the corner, you've got this, keep up your hard work 💪🏽🥗. For me I was gaining even though I was working so hard on CICO, but saw an improvement when I lowered my carbs and ate my last meal of the day no later than 6pm with no night time snacking. Have a blessed day🙏🏽🙂
