Yesterday I did not follow nutrisystem because I was with my family ALL day. But I did not go overboard :) I will never eat a Starbucks cheese danish again! It has 420 calories. Omg! Anyway I lost lbs, so I'm pretty happy about my self-control yesterday :) oh & I had a slice of cake & ice cream for my sister's bday BUT it was a small piece & I didn't eat any frosting.
237.8 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 88.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
