well back on the downward slide 14.5 lbs since ive started. Feeling better everydayand thank everyone for their support. Wife cant believe im sticking to it and completely surprised when she asks where im going and the reply is add this food to my journal.Go get to play in the pool today hope its good for a couple more pounds as i work even harder knowing it helps. You have all been my inspiration and i hope that in some way reading this inspires someone else. HAPPY VIETNAM VETERANS DAY
