Goal #1. I am now under 100kg for the first time in 7 years. Feels great.

Updated my goal weight to 95kg. Not too concerned about weight loss as I am planning to increase the amount of exercise I am doing. I will hopefully put on some muscle mass.
218.3 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
