Nothing like taking your blood sugar before and after you eat. It makes you mindful. Also dropping wheat products when possible without getting low blood iron helps. Whole wheat, high fiber if any.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.3 lb a week
