Same? Where did I go wrong? So frustrating.
201.5 lb Lost so far: 40.5 lb.    Still to go: 66.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't get frustrated! No gain is as good as a loss. Fat is stubborn and will not always cooperate. Keep up w your goals and it will continue to pay off💪

Hi Lambie, I fully understand the frustrarion but don't give up, I hope you will reap the rewards of your hardwork very soon. Until that scale shows the progress you are hoping for please check other measurements like feeling fitter, clothing feeling looser. I too was frustrated as I was actually gaining weight even though I was keeping my calories low and working out, but when I lowered my carbs and began intermittent fasting I saw some progress🤗🙏🏽. Wishing you all the best on your weight loss journey 🙏🏽🌻
