((HUGS)) Three culprits could be: stress, cycle and sneaky cals/carbs. Have you been doing measurements? Have they changed? Or have your clothes felt bigger/smaller? Our bodies also tend to plateau for a while as it adjusts and heals to the new weight. ((HUGS)) you got this!

I am in the same boat. I read a good article yesterday about plateauing. Said it’s actually a good thing and more conducive to keeping the weight off. You could increase workout intensity bit basically said hold your course. Your body is adjusting to a new (lower) set point. Could take a month or two-it’s been over a month for me now. It just advises to understand what’s going on, and stay on track. It will start again when it has adjusted. Steady on!

The way I am looking at this for myself is that a plateau is a test. How can I expect to maintain some magical weight number if I can’t stay strong through a plateau???? If I can’t hold strong through this then I will ultimately not be successful at keeping it off.
