The plateau after one year of dieting, I got to 146 in January 2021, after starting this diet January 8, 2020 and it's taken until March 25 to get down to 145.I had lost from 188 to 146 then just stalled out. Reasons: little exercise, diet fatigue, snacking, and inability to stick to day's plan of eating. Occasional indulgence in simple carbs, bread, rice etc, has not helped.

My goal of 142 is onl 3 lbs away
145.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't feel so down on yourself. YOu were maintaining the new body's weight. Your body was just getting used to it and realized it had to drop, again, due to maintenance and diligent struggles it felt you going through. Be happy, stay positive, and keep making beautiful choices and you will remain beautiful too. :)))
