Today I need to drink more water and avoid sweets. It's me or the Pop Tart. One of us is going down today at the OK corral! :-)

I will check in later on how I did.

Well that Pop tart is still sitting in the cupboard. I did much better on my fluid intake. I avoided sweets today-big accomplishment. I am cooking a nice chicken dinner and brown rice.

This weekend I may take a day off from the journal. I feel closer to avoiding sweets, and the sweet craving was less today. It lasted only half an hour instead of a couple hours. I hope this is a good sign for things to come.

I will have to eat lunch out on Saturday and Sunday. I'm not making any promises. We'll see how I do.
219.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
