Fluctuations. I’m seeing a pattern where the weight always goes back up again before it goes down again. I did overeat a couple days ago but made up for it last night. Working on drinking more water as a buddy suggested.
149.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
