Journaled before the actual weigh-in this morning and now, weighed and find that I'm actually down another pound and a half!! So...grand total of 66.5 pounds lost and 17 pounds from my June 1st goal!!!
216.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 56.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
