WTF?!? I mean really, wtf? I was "good" yesterday. Almost didn't post this. Not giving up... and not eating cake!
198.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you calories correct? If you go from eating very low one day to very high the next, you will see a gain on the scale. It doesn't mean that the gain will stay there. You may be down tomorrow. It could also be sodium or a number of other things. Stay on plan and keep going. It will even out.
