For the past 5 days I tried P:E diet. It was hard to eat the prescribed amount of protein & my calories in were low. This is not a sustainable diet for me.

The good news is the scale moved down 2.5 lbs. even though I had 5 oz of corned beef yesterday which in still in my body somewhere 😂

If I plateau in the future, I might try P:E again.

Back to CICO and making healthy food choices & walking.

Somehow I forgot to eat lunch lol I’m making up for it with a big corned beef & cabbage meal :)
