Hahahaha. Just a teeny bit. However, I did have a salty snack last night when I should have had some apple slices or some veggie sticks. This is okay.
117.6 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
