Woo-hoo!! Been traveling and then had to avoid the scale for a couple of days, but down another pound!! Pretty much hungry all the time right now, but payoff is in the numbers!!
218.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
