Wooo hooo i am a happy camper almost 12 lbs!!!
Christmas party tonight... I brought my own dinner so i would be good and not take a plate full of brownies!!!
Goal set for Jan 1 to be in the 150ies!!!
165.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
